Fusing elements of jazz, hip-hop, underground and Latin influences into grooving original modern jazz tunes. Trombonist, composer and singer Anouska Nanguy is joined by James Mackay (guitar), Ewan Hastie (bass), Ewan Johnston (keys), and Graham Costello (drums). Her expressive scale-jumping trombone slides and resonant vocals are heard to good effect on standards and her own original tunes.
