Fronted by Gary Martin’s trenchant vocals and harmonica playing, Jensen Interceptors are a band who deliver rocking blues straight out of the Chicago tradition. They tear through a mix of covers by the likes of Slim Harpo, Little Walter, T’Bone Walker and Muddy Waters as well as their own original songs. Dynamic, high-energy Redfish Blues Band open the concert with their distinctive mix of blues, roots, jazz and soul. They deliver a barnstorming set of interpretations of classics from the canon mixed with mix original compositions.
