Glassworks | Norman Willmore

Glassworks is a piano/vocal duo from long-time collaborators, Emilie Boyd and Dan Brown. Products of the thriving Glasgow jazz scene, they create ethereal music that draws heavily from jazz, folk and indie melodies.  

Scottish saxophonist Norman Willmore effortlessly blends jazz with traditional Scottish, Scandinavian and Appalachian folk music, invoking the landscape of Scotland. With his quartet of Jonathan Chung (tenor saxophone), Brodie Jarvie (bass) and Corrie Dick (drums), he plays music from his latest album 'Alive & Well at The Muckle Roe Hall', delivering with ballads and jigs energy and exuberance.
