Meis / Bowden Quartet
A supernova partnership between Michel Meis, drummer from Luxembourg and Scottish bassist David Bowden. This is their third outing together and it builds on the musical empathy and commonality they have developed for each others music. This group finds expression in well-crafted tunes ranging from melancholic to energetic in its shimmering soundscapes. Joined by Johnny Woodham (trumpet) and Alan Benzie (piano) this quartet will showcase the next chapter in their ever-evolving collaboration.
